Mad Science was founded in 1985 in Montreal, Canada, by two brothers, Ariel and Ron Shlien. Their hobby of conducting spectacular science experiments, to the amazement of the children in their neighborhood, grew from a passion into a thriving business. Mad Science is now a global enrichment company that brings the love of science in a unique, hands-on way to millions of children every year!

Mad Science of West Orange County has been a leader in FUN-sational Science since 1999! We have the benefit of a big company where all our products and services are kid tested and approved, meet current science standards and are engaging and exciting! We are also an independent franchise that is locally run from our office in Santa Ana. We are a small business in the business of making kids happy, confident and curious through hands on science!
